It is with deep regret that the committee have decided to take the hard decision of cancelling the show for this year 2020 due to Covid 19.
We will be back in 2021 and we hope to make the show bigger and better and celebrate all that is good within our community!
We know that all members look forward to the show and pencil in the date as they pay their annual subscriptions. As devastating as the decision to cancel this years’ show is please be assured that the members of the General Committee and the Executive Committee continue to work hard dealing with local business and collaborating with national bodies.
Should any member wish to have a refund of their subscription please let Claire White know and the Treasurer will be asked to make payments. It would help us to manage our budget if anyone wishing to have a refund would let us know by the end of May. Those subscriptions that we are permitted to keep would then be seen as generous donations that would help us to plan a great show in 2021.
The committee would like to thank everyone for their continued support, we value all that you do for us as a society. We will send out a newsletter to update everyone on ongoing developments and new ideas.
Keep safe in these difficult times.

EXHIBITORS AND TRADERS
Our Traditional Country Show, probably the longest running in Warwickshire attracts many visitors for a fun packed day out.
There are a number of Trade Stands, children’s entertainments and stalls within the grounds offering a varied selection of goods and services. This gives you differing options to promote your business.
We have outside trade space across the showground for General Trade Stands and inside space for those selling traditional craft products. If you are considering applying for a trade stand this year please contact email@example.com for more information.
Please note that the Rules and Regulations have been widely amended. It is important that you take the time to read them carefully as some of the changes may affect you. As they are in small print you are advised to enlarge that page before downloading it.
